Project Manager (I.T)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated project manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading various projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and controlling project activities to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and establish clear objectives, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and scope
- Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes in project scope
- Conduct regular project meetings and report progress to stakeholders
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring successful project execution
- Conduct project evaluations and identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a IT field will be a plus point
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and project management methodologies
